A CNBC article, Supreme Court says Trump administration can let religious employers deny birth control coverage under Obamacare, by Tucker Higgins and Dan Mangan (July 8, 2020), describes a supreme court ruling. The supreme court ruled to allow employers to deny employees free coverage for contraceptives in a 7-2 vote. The ruling expands the previous exemptions of the Obamacare Affordable Care Act for contraceptive coverage. Employers must have sincere religious objections in order to be able to deny coverage.
Though the CNBC article covers an emotional, charge topic, the article does not seem to be written in a way as to attempt to evoke a certain connotation or specific emotion (Higgins & Mangan; 2020).
