Here is the original post you are going to write the critique on:

A business proposal is a document designed to persuade a firm to purchase a product or service.(Sant , 2012)Main goal while writing a business proposal is to influence the reader to make a change that will make the proposed idea a reality.(Evan & Black, 1967)Business proposals helps one to make realistic plans and projections, secure funding, provide business with structure and direction, identify one’s strengths and weaknesses and put every stakeholder in one page. A good proposal lays down buyer’s needs in a contextual way that favors seller’s products or services, and tells buyer about the abilities of the seller in full filling their needs because the seller is trying to show off his product as being superior to its substitute and hence increase the probability of selling. Successful proposals are, "responsive” to buyers, meaning that the seller has done his or her assignment, and is thoroughly familiar with the buyer’s aspirations and needs, and has carefully responded to all aspects of a requested proposal. This is because seller is trying to persuade the buyer to change his decision and finally sell the product at a price much higher than the cost. Similarly, in an effective proposal the need of proposed activity is clearly established, most important ideas are highlighted, and project objectives are given in detail, because the purpose of the document is to lessen the ambiguity of the project like in the case of a business proposal by Narayan Thapa for Hotpoint electrical appliances. Furthermore, in a better proposal there is a detailed schedule of project activities and evidence of collaboration with every stakeholder in planning, as proposal alone should explain specific details of the project and relation to all its stakeholders, just as in the case of a business proposal for JPO real estate by John O’Boyle. Business proposal is a direct chance to win any new businesses, explore new markets and customers so while preparing a good proposal we have to keep every bits of client’s preferences in mind.

Hint
Management "Business proposals might be unsolicited or solicited. Invitation is the rationale behind solicited proposals whereby an awarding organization requests proposals from interested parties or individuals. This organization further stipulates the pre-determined components of a proposal. Mostly, standard formats carry the day."...
