PERSONAL ETHICS ACTION PLAN (PEAP)
INSTRUCTIONS
The Personal Ethics Action Plan (PEAP) is, which includes several parts (see information below). The PEAP combines various items you have learned this semester into one document.
PEAP Requirements: The following should serve as a guide for the requirements of the PEAP. Your PEAP must contain all of the following:
1. Cover Sheet: A cover sheet designed to express your feelings about ethics and/or what you have learned in this class. Find a picture or several that express your feelings about ethics and incorporate the picture(s) on your cover. Your cover can use a variety of visual aids, drawings, pictures, or other multi-media to detail your feelings. Somewhere on the cover, please include the following:
a. course title and number
b. your name
c. semester
2. Mission/Goals: Include your Personal and/or Professional Mission Statement and Life Balance Goals (some students prefer to create separate personal and professional mission statements, some do not. The choice is yours). This information was developed in your PEDE assignment.
3. Definitions: Based on the information you read in the course, your discussions, your opinions, research, etc., include your own personal definition of the following terms: ethics, leadership, service and character. Share why you think these personal definitions are appropriate and make sure to include any resource you have been exposed to in this course that influenced your definition. Your definitions should be at least four sentences long and in your own words. Most of this information was developed in your PEDE but make sure you did it correctly before you copy and paste in your document.
4. Pressing Ethical Issue: In this section, write a two-page double spaced paper on DIVERSITY in the Workforce or a topic related to Diversity in the workforce that you have researched. Make sure that you read about this topic before you write about it. This should not be information off the top of your head, but factual information.
a. Support your work with at least two (2) citations or quotations from your text or other reliable source information.
b. Important: For this section, find several articles about your topic, read the articles, then summarize the information making sure that you cite what information you have taken from the articles. Your writing for this topic should be based on facts. Do not write about yourself in this section, no “I” statements.
5. Case Study Analysis: This part is just like your first Case Study Assignment. Read the case study provided, use the PISCO Model (see attachment for model description) to analyze the case like you did for the case study, recommend at least two solutions conduct a SWOT, select a choice and generate a recommended course of action. Don’t forget to use what you learned in the last case study including the SWOT analysis, read over any feedback your professor gave you on your previous assignment.

b. Support your solutions with at least three (3) citations or quotations from our text or other reliable source information. Put your references at the end of the document. Bold the SWOT words.
c. APA format
6. Course Summary: Finally, write a summary discussing in what ways this course has impacted your thinking regarding ethics. Also, please write why this course has made a difference or no difference in your thinking regarding ethics. Essentially, this is where you get to evaluate this course.
