A systems analyst needs a variety of technical, business, and people skills

I am posting questions that I would like to be answered below. Please answer each question thoroughly and follow instructions for last 2 questions please.

1) A systems analyst needs a variety of technical, business, and people skills. Identify academic courses that systems analysts should have that would help them in their future professional careers. Specially, what courses would help systems analysts with their problem solving skills?

2) Discussion Question (DQ) 1: You were assigned this article (see Content, Session 1) for reading this week: stop at the section entitled "Costing Risk" and read up to that part: https://www.jisc.ac.uk/full-guide/risk-management

How could quantitative analysis aide a manager in determining if a risk to a project schedule would "impact" a deadline? Post your one paragraph reply, and cite the readings.

3) Discussion Question 2: Email the Professor if you are unable to download these free PMBOK Guide required readings for our class!

A risk management system should provide stability and direction during the life cycle of any project. Through formal or informal risk management planning, the Project Manager should be able to facilitate the identification of the risk, encourage awareness of risks, delegate responsibility to the appropriate team members to identify and document risks and review status of risks with others on a project team for "mitigation" solutions.

DQ2: Citing the PMBOK Guide (authors are PMI = Project Management Institute) and other readings assigned, define scope risk and explain, in your own words drawing from the 7 key risk management processes (see p.395, section 11 of your PMBOK Guide), two processes in this list that are you could apply to risks in a project based on your reading and understanding. For instance, how could you "plan risk management" and "document risks"?

Hint
BusinessStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork skills, verbal & written communication skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, and initiative are the primary skills that a system analyst should possess. Examination of existing systems and interaction with users represent two major responsibilities. ...
