Analyse the project from your own perspectives as up-and-coming project manager

Assessment Task

Students, devise project scope and quality management plans that articulate the scope and quality approaches for the project in the assigned Case Study provided below.

Please refer to the Instructions for details on how to complete this task.

Context

The backbone of a project manager’s work is the Project Management Plan. This plan details the project's execution, monitoring, and control. It combines all of the planning's sub-plans and baselines. You and your group will create a Project Management Plan for your assigned Case Study in this assessment. Applying scope and quality tools and techniques to develop the scope statement and scope and quality management plans of a project is a crucial part of project planning. One of the keys to project success is effective scope management. Project Scope Management includes processes to ensure that the project includes all work required to complete it successfully.

A project's quality management plan defines quality requirements, standards for the project and its deliverables, and how the project will demonstrate compliance. One of the main benefits of this process is that it provides guidance and direction on how quality will be managed and validated throughout the project.

Instructions

● Project Scope Statement

● Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
