Part 2: Presentation
As part of your presentation you are required to prepare a training course for the Directors and Senior Executives of your company on corporate governance.
You must prepare a PowerPoint presentation of 9 slides that you will use in the presentation.
TASK 1
Undertake some research on corporate governance that you can use in your training program (see below for details).
When undertaking this research make sure you consult authoritative and reputable sources. Record the sources you consulted on slide 9 of the PowerPoint presentation you will prepare.
At least 3 references are required. As a start you can consult the ASX corporate governance principles found at:
