    6. Review the physical work environment supports innovation - this includes evidence of asking colleagues for ideas to enhance the physical environment and assessing how well physical resources or equipment support innovation.

      • Encourage and take part in collaborative work/ teamwork including identify ways to signal to colleagues own receptiveness to ideas.
      • Ask employees how work conditions can be amended to encourage innovative work processes and implement their ideas.
      • Identify ways to maximize a team’s opportunities for innovation.
      • Acknowledge a suggestion, improvement or innovative ideas from a colleague.
      • Explain to workers how innovation is aligned to the vision and objectives of the organisation or a project, provide evidence of collectively determining innovative ideas are consistent with the organisation’s or project’s objectives
