Beddown is a brand new non-profit business founded by Norm McGillivray in September 2018, which aims to work with companies such as Secure Parking to repurpose unused carparks during the night time for homeless bed shelters.

Interpret the relationships and patterns in the
o strengths and weaknesses of Beddown compared to competitor to draw conclusions about the implications of the business idea
o PEST analysis to draw conclusions about the implications of the business idea
Evaluate the viability of the business idea to make a decision using the criteria: Competitiveness and Stakeholder satisfaction
Create responses that communicate meaning to suit purpose and audience
