The Problem: 

Blackrock Central Transport are a Dublin based transportation company providing services from Blackrock and the surrounding areas up to a 70KM radius.

They have asked you to use spreadsheet software to set up a pricing system which will automatically work out the cost of a transport service, record quotes and create professional looking receipt. 

Specific Requirements

• They want to be able to clear the price calculations at the click of a button and to be able to change prices easily.  

• They want to be able to change prices easily on any of the price lists (This project will require four price lists, one for each vehicle type, on the Price Lists page).

• They want to be able to print this receipt at the click of a button 

• They also want the spreadsheet set up so that you cannot delete formulas and data by mistake or enter data which is unacceptable. 

• They want a method of recording customer quotes.

Prices are reduced at sometimes in the week as follows

These discounts need to be included in the calculations of your spreadsheet – note there is no VAT on transportation services
