Part 1:

Bobby is very familiar with purchasing domain names and site hosting and has already looked into options for providing the donation acceptance feature. However, you all agree that you need professionals to create the videos for the website. Brainstorm options for this procurement, and research potential suppliers. Summarize your findings in a 250-word summary that includes the citation of at least three resources.

Part 2:

Review Figure 12-3 "Statement of Work (SOW)" from Chapter 12 in the textbook. Using this as a model, complete the "Statement of Work Template" as a contract statement of work for creating the videos for the website.

Part 3:

Review Figure 12-4 "Sample Proposal Evaluation Sheet" from Chapter 12 in the textbook. Review the "Weighted Decision Matrix Template" you completed for the Topic 1 assignment. Use Excel to create a weighted scoring model spreadsheet using the data provided below. Enter ratings and calculate scores for each criterion and total weighted scores for three proposals.

1. Enter scores for Proposal 1 as 80, 75, 70, 90, and 85.

2. Enter scores for Proposal 2 as 90, 50, 95, 80, and 75.

3. Enter scores for Proposal 3 as 80, 90, 95, 80, and 75.

4. Include an expanded cell at the bottom of the spreadsheet and write a 50-75 word paragraph that summarizes the results and provides your proposal recommendation.

Part 4:

Draft potential clauses that you could include in the contract to provide incentives or penalties for on-time and within-budget delivery of high-quality videos that users would enjoy watching. Be creative in your response, and document your ideas in a 250-word executive summary that explains the contract incentives and penalties that could be included with the contract.

Part 5:

Consider the specifics of the Global Treps project and common sources of IT project risk. Review the "Risk Register" section of Chapter 11.

For this assignment, read the "Running Case" in Chapter 11 and complete the following.

1. Complete the blank portions of the "Global Treps Project Risk Register Template" to identify residual and secondary risks associated with the project.

2. Review Figure 11-5 "Sample Probability/Impact Matrix" from Chapter 11 in the textbook. Create a similar probability/impact matrix as a new worksheet in the completed "Global Treps Project Risk Register Template." Plot the risks from the completed "Global Treps Project Risk Register Template" on the probability/impact matrix.

Submit the Part 1 summary, "Statement of Work Template," Part 3 weighted decision matrix spreadsheet, Part 4 executive summary, and the completed "Global Treps Project Risk Register Template," including the newly created probability/impact matrix worksheet.

Prepare Task 1 summary assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
