After your initial placement at the London HQ to develop a HR strategy for the organisation, you are required to submit a report to the senior management based on the four learning outcomes below:
Instruction:
Provide a brief introduction of a UK based travel and Tourism firm of your choice outlining the HR policies and practice and other vital facts. Your analysis and writing should be applied and related to the scenario of the chosen company. Inclusion of relevant theories and models with appropriate referencing is expected in your discussion
Learning Outcome 1: Analyse key external and contextual developments which
influence HR strategy
Identity and determine key current trends and developments that may influence the HR strategy of an organisation and analyse how both external and internal factors influence HR strategy and practice in your chosen organisation and critically analyse their impacts.
Critically evaluate the influences of key external and contextual developments in your chosen organisation supported by relevant theories, models and concepts
Learning Outcome 2: Apply contemporary theoretical and practical knowledge of HR development
Identify and apply relevant theories and concepts of strategic HRM in your chosen organisation to examine its growth and development and explain and evaluate comparatively how the practice of HR theory in your organisation differs from other organisational situations.
Learning Outcome 3: Evaluate how appropriate change management models support HR strategy
Discuss the link between change management and HR strategy and evaluate how the application of appropriate change management models and concepts support HR strategy providing relevant examples. Provide valid justifications for the application of chosen change management strategies, models and concepts.
Critique how change management strategies, models and concepts could be implemented together with positive and negative consequences on the organisation using the chosen firm as an example. .

Using your chosen organisation, explain how HR strategy outcomes can be monitored and measured. Discuss and evaluate how effective HR management and development can support sustainable performance and growth to meet organisational objectives and make suggestions for HR development techniques to be applied in your organisation to achieve sustainable performance and growth
Critically reflect on how effective monitoring and evaluating techniques in HRM contribute to sustainable performance and growth while addressing potential consequences of their implementation
