Complete the following tasks:

1. Research leadership training options for BizOps and produce a written report with recommendations. Your report should include:

• details of the research objectives

• suggested strategies that are valid and relevant to the research

• an analysis, evaluation and interpretation of the research findings

• conclusions and recommendations based on your research

• A comprehensive bibliography of information sources

2. Produce a reflective report on the research process you followed for tasks 1 and 2. Prepare your report using point form responses and address the following points:

• Where you sourced the information from

• The methods used to collect information, including both online and non-electronic sources

• The technology you used for the project, and why you used it

• Methods you used to comply with BizOps's policies and procedures for maintaining records and protecting the security of workplace information

• Your approach to data analysis

• How the conclusions and recommendations were reached

• The method used for writing the bibliography

• Possible method's that could be used to distribute the report to relevant parties

The final documents you submit for assessment will be assessed using the project criteria provided.

All project criteria outlined must be covered satisfactorily for Part B to be completed satisfactorily.

You must complete the project unassisted by the assessor or other personnel, but may refer to reference material as needed.
