Customer
bargaining: Another major part of an organization is customer
bargaining. This directly relates to selling the services of an
organization or a company. Customer bargaining is helpful in maintaining
the profit along with the overall value generation.

threat of new entrants: The analysis of new entrants as a threat is
helpful in the field of strategic management. The overcoming of a new
organization can easily be conducted.
Substitute
threats: it is important to rectify the Threat of substitution. The
best available strategy should be arranged and made available for the
required products. This is helpful so that the customer does not leave
the specific brand and move to other brands.
I
choose the company of McDonald's for the analysis purpose. The mission
statement for McDonald states that it wants to provide a place for its
client to eat. The main missions of McDonald are to build a relationship
with the community, provide Quality Services, maintain a hygienic and
clean environment, and charge a reasonable amount from the client.
According to the in and out mission statement, provision of fresh and
quality food in a clean environment where the customer feels comfortable
to eat. McDonald's want that its product burger to be an influencer in
the burger industry while maintaining the cultural diversity in and
out.
