The Assignment Task

You are required to carry out further research and evaluate the impact of disruptive technologies on innovation opportunities within the sector/industry of your choice. 

For example, if you choose to focus on the Hospitality sector, you can may want to focus on any of the four segments of the hospitality sector: food and beverages, travel and tourism, lodging, or recreation.

Consider the following themes:

1. Innovation profile of current market leaders.

2. Innovation management and innovation strategy of key players (link to value creation). 

3. Evaluation of current innovation strategy in light of market need and market opportunity. 

4. Propose innovation strategies to take advantage of opportunities presented by technological advancements within the sector/industry.
