Scenario:

You have been hired as contract administrator for a construction company that employs 100 people to build a 5-floors building over a period of 6 months. All employees have been procured or recruited through a work agent. You have not had the opportunity to test their abilities and experience, but this recruitment company is of high reputation, so the management team has decided to rely on their recruitment process.
