You need to write a report on role of different departments within the organisation. You also need to show clear understanding on collaborative work practices. Finally discussion on role of financial management and reporting within the organisation is required.

1. Details of Assessment

The final report should contain: 

• Title page….. should include (module name, module code, BUCKS ID)

• Executive Summary 

• Table of contents (professionally laid out)

• Main Body

o Describe the role and importance of departments below;

o Explain teamwork and its importance. Please add at least 2 examples to show how different departments work together and share information with each other

o Explain financial management and its importance for any organisation.

o Explain reporting and its purpose for any organisation. Also explain any 2 documents that organisation used for reporting purposes.

 Cash Flow Statement
