You will, using Zsketch, produce a human form that has an artistic intent, with an explicit materiality that is not digital - in other words, a sculpture that appears to be made out of some other substance.
You should be able to articulate why the simulated material is better, more appropriate, or otherwise superior to the actual pixels, polygons, or plastics of the piece in whatever form you intend for it. The piece must have at least one full human figure, but can have more, and should have less than 2 million polygons.
