You work as a salesperson for Apple Store, on the corner of King and George Streets in Sydney as a marketing graduate. Apple Store is a chain of retail stores owned and operated by Apple Inc. The stores sell various Apple products, including Mac personal computers, iPhone smartphones, iPad tablet computers, iPod portable media players, Apple Watch smartwatches, Apple TV digital media players, software, and selected third-party accessories.

It was thought that the the Apple iMac 27-inch (2020) would have been very popular with graphic design companies.  However, sales have been slow to corporate customers.  As a test of your persuasive writing skills your supervisor has asked you to write a sales letter to Brett Steele, Operations Manager at CTO Ltd, address Level 9, 888 Market Street Sydney.  CTO Ltd. Is a small graphic design company with 10 graphic designers employed.  The purpose of the letter is to promote the sale of the Apple iMac 27-inch (2020) for their office. Your letter should include the features listed below.
