Write an assessment report based on your recorded interview of the client from Assessment 2.

Details

For this social work report, an assessment (practice) model should be used to assess the client in the interview undertaken by you).

Your assessment model should be based on a theoretical construction attained from the analysis of previous frameworks proposed in literature (refer to lecture notes for Workshop 1, 2 and 3). This construction requires you to select one of social work theoretical frameworks, and develop an appropriate model to assess your practice in a critical and holistic way.

In your assessment,

- Use an ecological, holistic approach as the framework for reflecting on your assessment model.

- Make an effort to ascertain the strengths and resources of the client (including the community).

- Consider which life domains you include in your assessment report, what you choose to include about the client and the interaction, and what you will exclude.
