Your project supervisor is impressed with your initial ideas, their solutions and the specification. They have asked for a project plan to be produced that uses one of the following methods
•flow charts,
•Gantt charts,
•critical path methods,
•software packages,
•use of RIBA Architect's Plan of Works
Produce a project plan using one of the above techniques
You have further been asked to evaluate the whole process up to the completion of the plan so future projects can be improved. Provide an evaluation detailing the development process with recommendations for improvements.
