Data Analysis Task
The data analysis task as part of our interview process will allow us to gauge your analytical skill level and ability to optimise effectively.
The task is split into 3 sections:
1. Optimisation
2. Identifying areas to test
3. Answer the below Queries
1) You’re tasked with providing examples of aspects of the campaign structure within the performance data provided that you would change to achieve the following:
1. Increase Revenue
2. Decrease CPA
3. Increase CTR
We recommend colour coding your examples to make it easier for you to walk us through your approach and examples after your 30 minutes have expired. Let us aim for examples that have the greatest impact (so quality over quantity) and a clear logic to the reasons.
2) Please identify 2 tests you would like to conduct on the campaign using the data provided. Segmentation by Day, Hour and Geographically is included but if there are other insights you see from the document that could be tested further, please feel free to include.

1. Consider a scenario when you find that the revenue/click is not being tracked by GTM (considering the tags are published already), what will be the possible reason for this and how could you rectify the same.
2. Create a media plan/strategy using the top to bottom funnel approach for Gregory Jewelers with the budgets of 350,000 AUD for 3 Months. The aim is to increase conversions and ROAS. You can select the platforms you want. Share the media plan in an excel format. Detailing the targeting and strategy in a presentation.
