Describe what strategies and policies have been developed to ensure that organisation’s cultural diversity is adhered to.

Address the following:

o Describe what strategies and policies have been developed to ensure that organisation’s ethical values are adhered to.
5. Workplace relationships
Address the following:
o Develop strategies to ensure that effective internal and external and external workplace relationships are developed and maintained.
o Describe how those strategies will be updates as part of an ongoing planning to manage workplace relationships effectively.
6. Issue management
Develop processes to ensure that issues raised are resolved promptly or referred to relevant personnel.
7. Problem and conflict management
Address the following
o Develop a strategy and outline the process to ensure that difficulties in workplace relationships are identified and resolved.
o Develop an action plan to address any identified difficulty.
o Establish processes and systems to ensure that when the difficulties identified in the workplace relationships become conflicts, they are identified and managed constructively in accordance with the organisation’s policy and procedures.
SECTION 2 – LEARNING DIARY
This section is designed in the form of a learning diary. A learning diary is an assessment tool that is based on reflection.
You are required to reflect on some of the topics outlined during the delivery of this unit.
You can research more on those topics and you can use your personal experience or the scenario/organisation you chose to complete section 1 to support your reflection by applying the knowledge you have acquired in practice.

3. Networks and workplace relationships

o What is a professional network? How would you describe a workplace network?
o Have you used networks before? How? Were you effective in using networks to your professional advantage?
o How can you use networks to build workplace relationships providing identifiable outcomes for your team and the organisation? Discuss providing a practical example.

This section requires you to develop a set of documents that would support workplace relationships. You should refer to the scenario/organisation you chose to complete section 1 when developing these documents.
