Tara and Sean had a deadline to make that day. They worked on important client documents required for a case they were representing at court the next day. By the end of the day they were not able to meet their time frames so decided to stay back and work at the office late until they finished. Due to them leaving quite late and being tired, Tara who was responsible for locking up failed to lock the door properly. When they came back in the next morning, they were alarmed to find out the office had been broken into and the files on their computers had been completely wiped. They did not have a backup of the information.
