SCENARIO 

Happy Health needs a manual with standards to educate all existing and new staff. They would like your help to put this training pack together. The pack will be titled ‘Happy Health Manual on how to use macros.

1. Read the scenario above.

2. Prepare a presentation/handouts (min 10 slides) to help others in the organisation to understand basics of using macros and Quick parts.

In your presentation include the following:

 Overview of company standards for branding, colours, logo, language, font and size.

 Explain the purpose and function of using recorded macros and the Quick Parts functionality in Microsoft Word.

 Step by step instructions on how to use macros in Microsoft Word. 

 A process for saving and storing files. 

 Discuss how these functions would help re-develop the training documents.

 Record three different macros.

3. Ensure you have saved the pack in an appropriate location for your demonstration. Screenshot file location and ensure it is properly named.
