Task B – menus and recipes 

This Task refers to the same organisations you investigated and reported on in Task A.

For each organisation, provide:

• a menu of the food they serve; and 

• at least 1 recipe.

If you have actual hard copies of these documents, scan them in and place images of the scans below.

Your photos or scanned images must be clear enough to be read easily or they will be rejected and you will be marked NS for this Task.

If you were not able to obtain an actual menu or recipe from the organisation you investigated in Task A, provide an example of a menu and an example of at least 1 recipe that you would expect to find at the type of organisation you investigated. For example, if you visited an aged care facility and were unable to obtain a copy of their menu, you may provide an example menu from the internet as below (or you can make up one of your own with suitable dishes).

You must label each of your menus and recipes with the source (where it came from) such as 

• menu from visited Aged Care facility: Regis at Chelmer 

• or the url (if you got the menu online).
