General guidance

• Restrict the number of slides to a reasonable level as the audience needs time to absorb the information while listening to you.

• Keep the slides or transparencies simple with large clear text, and no more than four or five concise bullet points per slide. Font size should generally be >20pts for clear reading. Remember that the slides will be viewed on a computer screen/ tablet.

• Once you have developed your slides, you can record your audio narration for each slide. This can be accessed in the Slide Show menu and the ‘Record Slide Show’ function. Further guidance on recording audio to accompany your slides is available from: https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/record-a-slide-show-with-narration-andslide-timings-0b9502c6-5f6c-40ae-b1e7-e47d8741161c#OfficeVersion=Office_365

• Please submit your presentation in PowerPoint SlideShow format.

Hint
EngineeringProject managers want to know if they are measuring the appropriate aspects in a project. It is complex to designate time to take in the evaluation of past performance over and above the time to take so as to keep the work advancing. ...
