PART 4 Testing and finalising the web application
4.1 Access the Acceptance Criteria Checklist created in Part 1-1.6 and check that all functionality has been successfully implemented. Test each item in the checklist against the completed website integration project. If some tests fail, rectify and re-test until all requirements pass the test.
4.2 There are areas of concern in terms of cyber security for this project. Outline what security measures have you implemented in the website for the following three areas:
a) Authentication process
b) Programmatically engineered solutions to avoid cyber-attacks
c) Internet protocols
4.3 Test website functionality in at least two (2) browsers and two (2) devices. Fix as necessary. Re-test. Provide screenshots as evidence.
4.4 Attend a meeting with your manager seeking feedback on the project implementation. Update website and documentation as required. Record the meeting in Conversation Log.
4.5 Email to manager communicating the project completion.
4.6 Contingency task - Assume that the following situation occurred during the testing stage:
You started testing the database automated queries and the first two queries were successfully tested. On the third query, a message appears informing that either the database is not accessible or that the database is corrupted.
Provide a detailed explanation of the process you would follow to recover from this situation.
