Calculate the percentage of below average experiences for each year

CASE NOTES:

The following checksheet shows the frequency of below average results from experience surveys from patients who received an MRI Scan during the 2019-2021 time period. Generally Federal Medicare & Medicaid mandates require that hospitals have no more than 10% of below average reviews to receive federal funding.

COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING ANALYSIS:

•Calculate the percentage of below average experiences for each year. Determine if it meets the 10% goal? (Assume total 2019-2021 historical patient data submitted a survey.)

•Graph the total below average results by month? Are any consistent montly patterns apparent?

•Graph the data in a Pareto Chart format.

•Be sure to change the Chart Title to something meaningful.

•Identify the top 3-4 most frequent concerns from patients.
