Generally the data seems to follow a 2 month seasonality

CASE NOTES:

This spreadsheet contains data for the number of patients obtaining an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scan at the Chesterfield hopsital. Currently the hospital has 3 older scanning units. (Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that uses a magnetic field and computer-generated radio waves to create detailed images of the organs and tissues in your body.)

Generally the data seems to follow a 2 month seasonality, thus the combined months. MRI's were down for 2020 due to COVID, however this trend is now changing. Since COVID, the community is experiencing high population growth for the 40-70 year old demographic. The Hospital Director expects MRI demand to continue a 12% yearly increase at least for the next 3 years. She wants to ensure the facilities can handle this growth.

COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING ANALYSIS:

•Graph the data to confirm the 2 month seasonality visually.

•Calculate seasonal averages.

•Calculate overall average.

•Calculate seasonal indices.

•Calculate 2022 Year's Patient MRI's Forecast.  (Increase 2021's data by 12%.)

•Calculate 2022 Overall Average.

•Calculate 2022 Patient MRI's Forecasts by month.
