Quick Part/Auto Text entries

In your role as Secretary, you are often required to produce letters on behalf other committee members. You will automate the sign-off process by creating Quick Part/Auto Text entries for the following three committee members:

1. Brian Miller, President

2. George Morris, Treasurer

3. (Your name), Secretary

In these three AutoText entries include:

• A closing such as Yours sincerely

• Space for a signature (minimum of four lines)

• The committee member’s name and title
