Question 5. The researchers are excited by the potential of their new compound as the next big ‘wonder drug’ for treating inflammation, and they scramble to publish their results as quickly as possible to make sure they get the credit for this discovery and don’t get ‘scooped’ by other teams of researchers in the field.
