For each scenario students will be required to:

- Identify the correct legislation

- Address the correct method or process to deal with the issue

- Make correct changes or implement new processes to deal with the issue

Scenario 1:

You are a team member for a very busy hotel lobby bar. One of your team members is a Muslim and requires time to pray every day, which often is during the busiest service times. You have noticed that a few co-workers are beginning to talk about how unfair it is that they should have to work without frequent breaks when one of the other team members does. What do you do?
