TASK 4 – PRESENTATION

Schedule a time with your trainer and assessor to deliver your presentation during class hours. The presentation will be delivered as follows:

• 2 minutes introduction

• 10 minutes presentation

• 3 minutes for Q&A

Your trainer and assessor will play the role of a senior manager in the organisation of choice, and your fellow students will play pertinent stakeholders that have been invited to the presentation (your audience).

Use the 2 minutes introduction to explain to your audience what the presentation is about, this will allow them to play their role as stakeholders more effectively.

Keep in mind that you will have to gain the support of your audience, respond to questions, and possibly negotiate an agreed outcome.

1. Deliver the presentation

• Prepare a PP presentation for your presentation. The PP presentation will have to be submitted as evidence with your assessment.  

• Prepare a feedback form (Google Forms OR MS Forms are a good format) for the audience

Include the following:

o Ability of the presenter to engage with the audience

o Clarity of the presentation

o Ability of the presenter to respond to questions and objections satisfactorily

o Quality of the presentation aids

o 3 things they most liked

o 3 things that need improvement

Ask the audience to complete the feedback at the end of your presentation
