Scenario 4:

You work in the events team for a large hotel, where there is often a lot of heavy lifting and moving of awkwardly sized items or furniture. Recently a new team member has joined the events team and you notice that they are never asked by the supervisor to participate in the hard set up or pack down tasks.  The supervisor informs the events team that this new co-worker is unable to participate in certain tasks due to having a spinal condition. Other team members are starting to complain that the new co-worker does not have to participate in these activities. What do you do?
