I would also like to bring in another stakeholder, Kelly Munro who is the Business Development Specialist for the organisation. Can you review and update the Communication Plan to ensure she is informed when changes are made to any documentation related to the four business metric areas on the information system?

Based on the email, complete the following tasks:

1. Adjust information system

Adjust the information system you have developed so that:

A new folder called ‘Business Analysis’ is added to the root directory

Upload the Business Information Analysis Report you created in the previous activity to this folder

Ensure that the folder is shared with Gavin Stead

2. Review and update Communication Plan

Download the existing Communication Plan from the Information System, and then:

Update the plan so that Kelly Munro is added into the ‘To who’ column for each communication

Upload the new version of the plan to the appropriate place on the information system, overwriting the copy that is already there

Ensure that Kelly Munro has access to all folders on the information system, except the newly created Business Analysis folder
