Based on the email and its attachment, complete the following task:
Develop the Information Requirements Report using the provided template. For each business issue you must specify:
What the issue is
How you identified the issue
What additional information you will likely require to be able to help make a decision of how to resolve the issue
How you will gather this information.
The information you require will be determined by the problems you have identified. As an example, if you have identified that staff members are not sure where policies and procedures are located and this is causing an issue as they aren’t following them, then you need to gather information as to why they don’t know, and/or why they aren’t following them. This could include having a meeting with the staff to determine why or having them complete a survey with specific questions to find out this information.
