Subject: Communication Plan
Attachment: Communication Plan Template.docx
To You,
Thanks for developing the new information and knowledge-based system. I now want you to develop a communication plan which can be used as a guide for communicating updates made to any of the documents to the various stakeholders.
I want each of the relevant people associated with each business metric notified by email when you update any documents within each business metric area. For example, if you upload a new document to the Brand Awareness business metric section, you should notify Tina Hughes about this.
Please use the attached Communication Plan Template to develop the Communication Plan.
Kind Regards,
Gavin Stead

TASK
Based on the email and its attachment, complete the following tasks:
1. Develop a communication plan.
Using the template provided, develop a communication plan around the four metrics you have developed in your information system. For each of these metrics you must specify:
When the stakeholder should be communicated with
What the communication should detail
Who the communication should be sent to
From whom the communication should be sent
How the communication will be sent
Why the communication needs to be sent
2. Update the information and knowledge system
Upload the Communication Plan to the root directory of the information system so that it is accessible by all stakeholders who have access to the system (Tina, Gavin, Glenda, and Dave). Ensure that the plan is shared with these stakeholders.
